dect-z 1500 System - Base Station
The base station controls the traffic
channels in the air and performs the link from the handset to
the WMS.
The WMS operates the base stations
through a wired standard twisted pair cables. Only one pair is
required per base station and the cable length may be up to
2.000 metres.
Each base station performs a circular
area of coverage between 50 and 600 metres, depending on the
obstructions from building materials etc. With a KIRK Repeater
being cordless connected hereto, it is possible to enlarge the
distance of connection to up to 1.000 metres.
